The thing I like about Vital is the things I don't normally eat, this covers. When I'm working out it keeps me going, I can feel it in the way I go through my sets. Sometimes when I give my body a rest it can shut down if I've kept the momentum up so this helps. It's definitely one of the best decisions I made. ~ Marcus

Honestly, I can see a difference from taking this combo every day and it’s only been about two weeks. I don’t feel as fatigued in my workday as I did prior to taking these. It’s a good way to get your nutrients in when you’re on the go and sometimes don’t have a chance to take in all the nutrients through your food that you should.
